Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, and mentorship to a group of ~8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-on/three-off schedule across multiple homes, with eventual placement into a fixed student home.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)

- Couples must be legally married for at least two years
