Job Summary
Two-person Full-time roles for legally married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes, supervising ~8–13 students and supporting their academic, emotional, and social development. Primary duties include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Requires experience with youth, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to pass driving certification for student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Required Qualifications

- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role model for students
