Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live in on-campus student homes to supervise and guide 8–13 students, provide care, plan activities, lead devotions, manage household routines and budgets, and supervise student wellness, with a phased placement into a single student home over time. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and ensuring student wellness. Benefits include salary per person $44,768 (approx. $168,000 total per couple with housing and meals), comprehensive insurance, retirement accounts, relocation assistance, paid time off, and paid training. Qualification requirements include youth experience, two-year married status for both spouses, age minimums for both spouses, a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, a clean campus conduct policy (no alcohol on duty), a valid US driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, and ability to participate in devotions and Chapel services.”,
Required Qualifications
