Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents on-campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of ~8–13 students; manage daily routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, and plan developmental/recreational activities. Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel; oversee budgeting and household reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Benefits include salary per person of $44,768 (approx. $168,000 total per couple), comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement options, relocation assistance, paid time off, and training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Two-spouse, married couple acceptance with individual applications
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
