Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role on an on-campus student home, providing supervision, mentorship, and daily care for a group of 8–13 students; duties include managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading devotions and chapel, budgeting, and reporting. The position involves nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Requires both spouses to apply, be legally married for at least two years, and meet age and licensing requirements.
