Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents, a two-person married couple living on-campus in student homes, provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students, including medications, transportation to activities, planning development and recreational activities, daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include salary per person and relocation/training assistance; on-campus housing, meals on duty, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- this is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Demonstrated ability to lift 50 lbs
- commitment to supervising and guiding youth in a school/residential setting
