Job Summary
Two-person married couple on-campus role as Full-time Flex Houseparents responsible for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Duties include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, driving to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, managing household routines and budgeting, and providing overall care to foster a structured, family-like environment. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
