Job Summary
Two-person married couple needed as Full-time Flex Houseparents living on-campus at Milton Hershey School. They will reside in student homes, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students, including supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions with Sunday Chapel attendance. Initially, duties follow a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle across multiple homes, with eventual placement into a single, consistent student home. Responsibilities also include budgeting and household reporting, with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. The role requires youth-focused experience, a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a strong commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus and Judeo-Christian chapel participation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
