Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing care, supervision, and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Compensated as a pair with on-site housing and meals included, the role progresses from initial nine-days-on/three-days-off duty to a placed houseparent assignment with a consistent student-home living arrangement. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a drug/alcohol-free, smoke-free campus; candidates must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be age 27 or older. This is a two-person, on-campus, residential role focused on youth development and safeguarding in a faith-aligned environment.
