Job Summary
Two-person, on-campus live-in Houseparents for a group of approximately 8–13 students, responsible for daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to aPlaced Houseparent with continued residence in a single student home. Requires a legally married couple for consideration, with both spouses completing individual applications; includes relocation and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-year marriage (two spouses)
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- No alcohol on duty; smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Ability to manage budgeting and household reporting
- Follow full-time schedule: nine consecutive days on duty, then three days off
