Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role for married couples to live in on-campus student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, with initial nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule transitioning to a placed houseparent. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, experience with youth, and be legally married for at least two years (both spouses must apply separately). Relocation assistance and paid training provided; includes comprehensive benefits and housing. Location: Margate City, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples
- Legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Age 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No alcohol on duty
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
