Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School: a two-person, married-couple role residing in an on-campus student home to care for and supervise 8–13 students. Provide daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and lead developmentally supportive activities including daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Responsible for budgeting and household reporting, with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule initially and eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement options, relocation assistance, paid training, and meals/utilities while on duty. Requires high school diploma or GED, a valid US driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and age 27 or older; two-spouse application is required.
