Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household routine management for 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead devotions while planning recreational engagement. Oversee budgeting and household reporting. Work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with a specific student group. Requires a legally married couple, both 27+, with youth experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Salary is $46,917 per person with free housing, meals, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
