Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and routine management for 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead devotions while planning recreational engagement. Transition to a Placed Houseparent role after initial support of various homes, adhering to a nine-day on-duty schedule followed by three days off. Maintain household budgets and reporting, ensuring a structured, family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social development. Both spouses must be married for at least two years, age 27 or older, and hold valid driver's licenses.
