Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for 8–13 students in an on-campus home while managing household routines and schedules. Administer medications, ensure student wellness, and drive students to activities. Plan and lead developmental and recreational activities, daily devotions, and Sunday Chapel services. Oversee budgeting and household reporting. Follow a schedule of nine consecutive duty days followed by three days off. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Couples must be married at least two years with both spouses 27 or older.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
