Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household routine management for 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead devotions while planning recreational engagements. Oversee budgeting and reporting, ensuring a structured, family-like environment supports academic, emotional, and social development. Transition from supporting multiple homes to a Placed Houseparent role with a dedicated student group. Requires a legally married couple (2+ years, ages 27+) with a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and ability to lift 50 lbs. No alcohol permitted on duty; campus is smoke-free and weapon-free.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
