Job Summary
Provide daily supervision and mentorship for 8–13 students in an on-campus home while managing household routines and schedules. Administer medications, ensure wellness, and drive students to activities alongside planning developmental and recreational engagements. Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel services. Oversee budgeting and household reporting. Operate under a schedule of nine consecutive duty days followed by three days off, transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with a specific student group. Requires a married couple, both 27+, with youth experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
