Provide daily supervision and mentorship for groups of 8–13 students residing in on-campus homes, managing household routines, schedules, and medication administration. Drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational engagements, and lead daily devotions while accompanying them to Sunday Chapel services. Oversee budgeting and household reporting, ensuring a structured, family-like environment that fosters academic, emotional, and social growth. This two-person role requires legally married couples (aged 27+) to work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, transitioning eventually to a Placed Houseparent position with the same student group. Both spouses must complete individual applications, hold valid driver's licenses, and adhere to a strict policy prohibiting alcohol, smoking, and weapons on campus.
