Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household routine management for a group of 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Administer medications, drive students to activities, and plan developmental and recreational engagements. Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel services. Oversee budgeting and household reporting while maintaining a structured, family-like environment. The role involves a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with unscheduled weekday time when students are in school. Couples must be legally married for at least two years, both 27 or older, and hold a valid U.S. driver's license. Salary is $46,917 per person, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
