Job Summary
Job Goal: Effectively manages the Child Nutrition Program, delivering excellent customer service while preparing meals that are attractive and nutritious and serving meals in a friendly and effective manner. Reports to the School Administrator and the Child Nutrition Program leadership. Terms of Employment: 190 days. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of the program, ensuring compliance with ServSafe standards, maintaining program quality, and coordinating with school administration to support student nutrition. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, health-conscious food preparation, and adherence to essential functions related to school food service.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Three years of School Food Service or related work experience
- Current ServSafe Certification
- Pass Post Offer Skills Assessment
