Child Nutrition Manager-Amboy Elementary

Supervise workers engaged in preparing and serving food, resolving customer complaints and ensuring conformance to USDA regulations. Develop forecast numbers, prepare collection and production reports daily, and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures. Plan and order all food, supplies, and equipment; assign duties and workstations based on requirements. Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service, control inventory of food and equipment, and report shortages. Analyze operational problems such as theft and wastage, recommend improvements to enhance job safety, and evaluate workers to maintain quality standards.
