Job Summary
Assist the Cafeteria Manager in effectively managing a New Hanover County School System cafeteria. Satellite Manager responsibilities include supporting daily operations, supervising staff under the Cafeteria Manager, ensuring ServSafe/NC Safe Plate compliance, food safety, and customer service. Requires a High School degree or equivalent, three years' experience in child nutrition or similar food service, current ServSafe certification, NC Safe Plate certification, and a valid North Carolina driver's license. Ten-month work year; FLSA Non-Exempt; starting salary C57; reports to the Child Nutrition Supervisor.
