Job Summary
Virtual Child & Adolescent Therapist role delivering outpatient individual and family therapy. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary clinical team to provide culturally sensitive assessments, crisis and wellness planning, and ongoing treatment to children and families. Supports timely documentation, billing, and insurance authorizations, with supervision opportunities and a focus on growth toward licensure while practicing in a telehealth environment. Required Qualifications
- Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Experience in working with children and families
- Provisional license per state regulation if required
- Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently
