Child Mental Health Therapist (Virtual)

Job Summary
Child & Adolescent Therapist needed for virtual delivery across behavioral health services. Conduct culturally sensitive assessments, provide outpatient individual and family therapy, develop crisis/safety/relapse/wellness plans, participate in case consultations and discharge planning, ensure timely billing and documentation, and collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff to deliver comprehensive, ethical care. Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field, experience with children/families, and a state-appropriate path toward licensure; provisional licensing may be required. The role emphasizes ongoing professional development, flexible virtual care, and a supportive multidisciplinary team; compensation noted as base per billable unit with a broad benefits package. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
