Child Mental Health Therapist (Virtual)

Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy for child and adolescent clients in a virtual/telehealth setting; conduct culturally sensitive assessments; develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans; participate in case consultations and discharge planning; collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, and other therapists; ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorizations; work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality mental health care; maintain ethical practice and client confidentiality; engage in ongoing professional development and supervision; compensation includes base pay with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Experience in working with children and families
- Provisional license per state regulation if required
- Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in mental health including supervision and continuing education
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently
