Child Life Specialist

Support pediatric patients and families by providing developmentally appropriate education, therapeutic play, and coping interventions before, during, and after medical procedures. Assess psychosocial needs, collaborate with the healthcare team, and advocate for child- and family-centered care to contribute to a positive, comforting hospital experience. This on-site role is part of the Healthcare & Medical Services team at Lehigh Valley Health Network, which maintains a collaborative culture dedicated to healthcare excellence and community well-being.
