Job Summary
Provides Child Life services for pediatric patients in the Adolescent Psych Unit, offering one-on-one support to help patients cope with hospitalization. Develops individualized activity programs and collaborates with the healthcare team to guide clinical decisions. Assists in establishing policies and procedures and supports community programs and public relations activities. Full-time role based at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus in Fairfax, VA with a Monday–Friday 11am–7pm schedule. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree and eligibility to sit for the Child Life Council Certification exam.
