Job Summary
Provide psychosocial assessments and therapeutic services to children aged 6 and above, developing individualized treatment plans and conducting family sessions with caregivers. Maintain active Medicaid provider status, ensure accurate clinical documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver culturally competent care. This role requires an active New York State LMSW license, bilingual ability, and minimum two years of experience with children. Hybrid schedule includes one on-site day weekly.
