Job Summary
Provide psychosocial assessments and therapeutic services to children aged 6 and above, developing individualized treatment plans and conducting family sessions. Maintain active Medicaid provider status, collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, and ensure culturally competent care for diverse populations. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes while delivering evidence-based therapies. This hybrid role requires one on-site day weekly and supports bilingual candidates with a Master of Social Work and active NY LCSW license. Required Qualifications
- Master of Social Work from an accredited program
- Active New York State LCSW License
