Job Summary
Provide psychosocial assessments and therapeutic services to children aged 6 and above, developing individualized treatment plans and conducting family sessions. Maintain active Medicaid provider status, ensure accurate clinical documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver culturally competent care. This hybrid role requires one on-site day weekly and mandates bilingual proficiency alongside a Master of Social Work and active New York State LCSW licensure. Candidates must have at least two years of experience working with children.
