Job Summary
Directly assist children with autism in implementing ABA-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, observing and recording client progress, managing challenging behaviors, and helping clients acquire academic and life skills. Communicate professionally with families and the treatment team, complete daily paperwork and data notes, participate in ongoing training, and maintain client confidentiality in an in-home, part-time role offering 9-15 hours per week.
