Job Summary
Provide ABA-based behavior intervention support to children with autism, assisting with communication, social skills, and self-care under supervision; collaborate with families to implement behavior intervention plans. Part-time role offering 9–15 hours per week with opportunities to become an RBT or Board Certified Behavior Analyst, supported by educational and training resources. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and be able to pass a criminal background check. Relevant experience as a Paraprofessional, Behavior Technician, or RBT is required. Role involves working in natural environments and may require lifting up to 50 lbs. The position is located in Pico Rivera, CA.
