Job Summary
Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst while observing, recording, and reporting on client progress daily. Manage challenging behaviors and apply behavioral principles consistently in all interactions to assist clients in acquiring academic and life skills. Communicate professionally with parents, analysts, and clients while completing daily paperwork and data collection notes through the online database. Actively participate in continuous training programs and maintain confidentiality of client information while following company policies. Work part-time after school hours (3pm-7pm) for 12-20 hours weekly, lifting up to 50 lbs in natural environments. Join a team dedicated to delivering ABA therapy in partnership with families to foster lasting change for children affected by autism.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license & personal vehicle
- Must have a Tablet or Laptop computer to use during sessions (not just a smart phone)
- Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to maintain various postures for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification if already obtained
- Prior experience with children
- Interest in ongoing development
