Job Summary

Co-facilitate the Child Impact Program curriculum, teaching parents strategies for co-parenting, responding to children's feelings of separation, and shielding them from parental conflict. Moderate emotional discussions in an adult educational environment while discussing legal dispute resolution options without providing legal advice. Execute required services and documentation in accordance with agency policies and federal/state standards, maintaining professional memberships and licenses. Represent CLM professionally in hybrid office and telehealth settings, utilizing Microsoft Office applications for documentation. Perform duties as assigned by the supervisor while working in partnership with co-facilitators.

Required Qualifications

  • Reside in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or Vermont
  • Master's degree in a mental health field (psychology, social work, behavioral sciences, educational counseling or psychiatric nursing) or two years of experience with parents and families (degree requirements can be waived by Family Court System)
  • Work experience in child development, family life education, marriage and family counseling or related fields
  • Strong group facilitation skills and the ability to present to large and small groups
  • Comprehensive understanding of co-parenting and other parenting styles
  • Proficient computer skills, specifically with all Microsoft office applications
  • Ability to maintain composure and exercise sound judgement while interacting with participants who are involved in highly stressful parenting situations
  • Ability and desire to work in partnership with Child Impact Program co-facilitator while also able to be self-directed and motivated with minimal supervision
  • Ability to acquire and effectively practice new clinical skills as needed according to evolving agency needs/services
  • Effective communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
