Job Summary
Partner with Family Resource Partners to deliver home-based psychotherapeutic interventions for young children and caregivers using the Child First Model and Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). Strengthen caregiver-child relationships to support emotional, language, and cognitive growth while providing trauma-informed, dyadic parent-child treatment. Requires a full or provisional LCSW, LPC/LCMHC, or LMFT license, experience with culturally diverse families, and valid driver's license. Full-time exempt role with competitive salary of $60,000 to $69,000, comprehensive benefits, and training on the Child First Model.
Required Qualifications
- Full or provisional license as an LCSW (A), LPC/LCMHC (A) or LMFT (A)
- Experience working psychotherapeutically with culturally diverse children and families, including parent-child therapeutic work and play therapy with very young children (0-5 years)
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Current auto insurance
