Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor for the Child First program leads direction and management of clinical operations and Child First Teams, ensuring fidelity to the Child First model. The role includes providing weekly reflective supervision to clinicians and staff, reviewing progress notes and plans of care, leading quality enhancement activities, coordinating with the State Clinical Lead, and building partnerships with community providers to support early childhood outcomes and two-generation home visiting services. The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification, has supervisory experience, and can manage home-based therapeutic interventions for families with infants through age five facing trauma and stress-related challenges; experience with Medicaid and applicable regulations is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold current certification and be in good standing as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Social Services, Human Services or Special Education required; Master’s degree a plus
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities required; 1-year experience if paired with Master’s degree
- Possess credentials required by Federal or State law
- Working knowledge of applicable regulations that apply to our service offerings
- Supervisory/management experience and experience writing person-centered (individualized service) plans preferred
