Job Summary
Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC) provides individual and family therapy including play therapy, gender-affirming therapy, and couples therapy; assesses patients and develops tailored treatment plans; sets and evaluates therapeutic goals; maintains clinical documentation and coordinates with other services; performs case management; writes reports identifying patient goals and outcomes; accepts new clients until an average of 25 weekly session hours is reached; scheduled Mon-Fri with no weekends; sessions primarily at Englewood, CO offices (in-person); active licensure required and at least two years of experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure
- Active driver’s license
- At least two years of experience providing therapeutic treatment services to children/families
