Child & Family Therapist

Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy to children and families; conduct face-to-face biopsychosocial assessments; formulate and coordinate person-centered treatment plans; collaborate with treatment teams, community partners, and natural supports identified by the family; assist families with referrals and coordinating access to community resources; act as liaison between child/family and their support systems; coordinate care with families, schools, DHHS/foster care, and other agencies; initiate referrals for psychiatric evaluations when appropriate; provide case management support; participate in case conferences and staff meetings; utilize supervision and feedback; prepare reports for agencies, DHHS, courts, and schools as needed; obtain CAFAS rater-reliability and conduct quarterly CAFAS assessments; apply trauma-informed approaches to services; ensure documentation compliance with CNS policies; meet direct service productivity and documentation standards; participate in quality improvement initiatives; maintain knowledge of policies, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements; perform related duties as assigned.
