Job Summary
Provide developmental assessments and home-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers up to age three and their families using the Parent Coaching Model. Align with each child’s IFSP, collaborate with families to develop strategies to achieve developmental goals, and document progress through reassessments and bi-annual progress reports. Deliver services in the child’s natural environment—home, daycare centers, and other community settings—while maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations. Sunny Days emphasizes family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and skills, with a multidisciplinary program offering occupational, physical, and speech therapy as part of a California-wide early intervention service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in child development, early childhood, teaching or related field OR a special education teaching credential
- Master’s degree required in Orange County
- Early Intervention Experience Preferred
- Home-Based Service Delivery Experience Preferred
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
