Job Summary
Plan and facilitate group skills services for the 11-18 age group within the TLC program, collaborating with program therapists and other Life Skills counselors to create a milieu that supports students’ learning to manage mental health symptoms and function at home, school, and in the community. Develop and implement behavioral strategies to intervene with mental health symptomology, work with families and treatment teams, and leverage Electronic Health Record systems. Requires use of a personal automobile for business-related travel. Location: Oakdale, MN. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week. Minimum qualifications include a BA/BS in a Human Service-related field with 1–2 years’ experience. Canvas Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in a Human Service-related field
- 1 to 2 years' experience working with severely emotionally disturbed students in an education or treatment center.
