Job Summary
As a Child Care Worker for Thrive Together at the House of the Good Shepherd, provide structure, safety, and security for children and teens who have experienced trauma in a residential setting. Work full-time on the 3PM-11PM shift with weekends, contributing to youth healing and stability. Thrive Together supports youth returning to the community after hospital stays and emphasizes compassionate, teamwork-driven care; requires a High School diploma and a NYS driver’s license. A $1000 sign-on bonus is offered.
