As a Child Care Worker, you will supervise children in the Play Room and guide them by maintaining a nurturing and secure environment. Responsibilities include organizing daily activities, overseeing children during meals, and ensuring a balanced diet. You will also model positive parenting techniques, remain alert to crises, and participate in training and meetings. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and a belief in the ability of others to grow and change.
