Job Summary
Seasonal Child Care Teacher at Deer Valley Resort (Park City, UT) providing positive, quality care for children ages two months to 12 years in a safe, organized environment. Responsibilities include feeding, diapering, supervising children, recording daily events for parents, assisting with setup/cleaning, and lifting up to 30 lbs. Requires TB test, fingerprints, background check, Utah food handlers permit training, and infant CPR certification (if applicable). In-country H-2B visa eligibility with no out-of-country sponsorship. Includes ski perks, housing options, and benefits as part of a seasonal role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- At least 6 months of previous work experience with children in private or child care settings
- Detail-oriented, patient, enjoy working with children
- Able to lift at least 30 lbs., able to be on your feet six to nine hours a day
- Able to write documentation of children’s daily activities for parents
- TB test, fingerprints and complete background check in accordance with state child care licensing
- Training for Utah food handlers permit
- Trained and certified in infant CPR (if applicable)
