Job Summary
Bright Horizons Child Care Teacher for multiple St. Louis-area centers. Responsibilities include creating hands-on activities to meet children's needs and interests, maintaining open communication with parents to share daily milestones, and ensuring a safe, clean classroom by following established procedures. The role requires compliance with immunization and health/safety requirements, in-person work in the St. Louis, MO area, and meeting state and company education/experience requirements. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
- Related college-level early education coursework or CDA is preferred
- 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred
- CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children is required
- In-person work in St. Louis MO area
- Background checks per state and company requirements
