Child Care Teacher — Infant & Toddler Classroom | Full-Time, No Weekends

Job Summary
Create warm, age-appropriate learning experiences that support infant and toddler development while following daily routines to ensure children feel safe and secure. Support feeding, diapering, rest, play, movement, language, and early social-emotional growth, and observe milestones to communicate with families through thoughtful daily updates. Maintain a clean, safe, organized classroom meeting PA licensing and health standards while building trusting relationships with children, families, and your co-teacher. Work as part of a classroom team guided by the Life Essentials curriculum within a Keystone STARS 3 facility. Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends; paid clearances, health/dental/vision insurance, and CDA credential support offered.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain required PA clearances, including State Police, Child Abuse, NSOR, and FBI Fingerprinting
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and safely lift infants into and out of cribs
Desired Qualifications
- CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
- Experience in a licensed childcare center, especially with infants or toddlers
