Job Summary
Bright Horizons Child Care Teacher in Fort Collins, CO: Lead in-person early education activities for toddlers and preschoolers, create hands-on activities aligned with children’s interests, communicate progress with parents, ensure safety and cleanliness in the classroom, and support ongoing learning with opportunities to pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost. Roles include delivering curriculum, fostering developmentally appropriate practices, and complying with immunization and health/safety requirements. This full-time role is based in-person at Bright Horizons’ Fort Collins center, with compensation in the stated range and eligibility for a hiring incentive.
Required Qualifications
- pass required state and company background checks
- 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
- college-level coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or an associate or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field (preferred)
- 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care/daycare/preschool (preferred)
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP)
- Registered with Colorado Shines/PDIS Level 2
Desired Qualifications
