Job Summary
Supervise, lead, and support a staff team while managing daily operations and administration. Develop, lead, and implement programs that meet children's needs, building positive relationships with children and families. Monitor and apply ELCC and the Y's standards and requirements to ensure a safe environment. Maintain honesty, trustworthiness, and respect in all interactions. This role requires a Manitoba Early Childhood Educator Level 2 or 3, supervising experience, and infant or preschool child care experience. Candidates must possess leadership and conflict resolution skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to perform administration duties and complete written documentation. Emergency First Aid and CPR C certification, a clear police record check with vulnerable sector search, and a child abuse registry check are mandatory. The position is open until filled.

- Experience supervising staff
- Experience working with infant or preschool children
- Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform administration duties and complete written documentation
