Job Summary
Engage children in age-appropriate activities to stimulate their physical, emotional, and intellectual growth while ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Create a positive and supportive environment for children to thrive by implementing daily routines and schedules that promote consistency and structure. Monitor and address any behavioral issues using effective behavior management techniques and maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. This role requires previous experience in childcare, knowledge of infant and toddler care, and CPR/First Aid certification. Two shifts available Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in childcare, daycare, babysitting, or related field
- Knowledge of infant care, toddler care, preschool curriculum, and caregiving practices
- Strong classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment
- Ability to adapt to different age groups and individual needs of children
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with parents and colleagues
- Two Shifts Available: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm & Monday - Friday 8:00pm - 5:00pm
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred
