Child Care Site Manager - Before/After School Enrichment - Full Time

Lead before and after school enrichment programs by finding engaging ways to help children learn while maintaining environments that build self-esteem. Implement and plan developmentally appropriate curricula using positive reinforcement, conduct weekly child observations, and communicate progress to parents while maintaining confidentiality. Accurately maintain daily attendance records, allergy reports, and compliant paperwork, ensuring centers are stocked with quality learning materials. Supervise all site staff and actively campaign for the Annual Campaign to develop donors and volunteers. Attend monthly team-planning meetings as needed. This role offers a full-time schedule with a flexible work arrangement and includes a free YMCA membership across all branches.
