Child Care Site Manager - Before/After School Enrichment - Full Time

Conduct weekly child observations, maintain daily attendance records, and ensure centers are stocked with quality learning materials. Implement and plan developmentally appropriate curriculum using positive reinforcement while supervising all staff on site. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, confidentiality, and any behavioral concerns requiring early intervention. Actively campaign for the Annual Campaign to develop donors and volunteers, and attend monthly team-planning meetings. Manage compliant paperwork including incident reports and allergy binders while fostering a diverse, fun environment.
